Rudeness of guides, lack of information

Rested with a friend in Pattaya from 2 to 12 October 2014. Beverly Plaza Hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in my life: there are no balconies in the rooms, it stinks of mold, at the reception they answer any request "later" and the hotel is also densely populated by Indians !!! Why the representatives of Natalie Tours didn’t tell us the last fact, I still don’t understand ... they were certainly aware that the hotel was oriented specifically to representatives of this race .... A separate story with the hotel guide Yulia ... she was a decent person before those until she found out that right now we will not take excursions from her. Then she turned on frank rudeness (how many times she rested - for the first time she encountered this). The day before departure, there was no information about our departure at the information desk (indeed, there was generally the latest information dated July !!!

) Julia did not answer calls, we spent half a day trying to find at least some phone that would be on and available to find out when we would be picked up from the hotel. In order not to spoil the impression of the company, I recommend Natalie Tours to get rid of such employees and more carefully attribute them to their recruitment
