I decided to write a review, because. usually we have people write when everything is bad, and when everything is good - just laziness!
Used the services of Natalie Tours many times (Italy, Cyprus, Cuba), the last time - to Greece. At what I applied both personally to the company and through other TOs. Never had a complaint about the organization! There was even an insured event (insurance against non-departure). There was, of course, paperwork, but still - I was returned 100% of the payment for the tour.
Every time I'm going somewhere I look first at Natalie's, then at another TO.
And the fact that there are inadequate guides, delays in transfers and relocation to other hotels (I personally didn’t have it, thank God) - everything cannot be foreseen
P.S. I put 8, because characteristics of grades 9 and 10 are not satisfactory)
Rating THAT - EXCELLENT. Hope it stays that way.)
