Completely irresponsible company! The tour operator TUI had a promotion: when purchasing a tour before the end of May, a visa to Bulgaria as a gift. Fully paid for the tour on May 30th. The girl who booked the ticket was in no hurry to send the documents for a visa to Moscow, and they (as it turned out later) should have been sent no later than May 31. As a result, on June 1, she called and asked to pay extra for visas (8500 rubles for three).
But most of all I was struck by the reaction of the director of this company: she said - "it would be unfair if the girl pays these expenses, and I can't take them on myself ...". This is despite the fact that they are rowing big money in the summer season
