Basically, everything was fine. I had no particularly visible remarks about the agency and the design of the tour. Everything went quite well. But as for the bus tour through Poland - I had questions to the one who drove us. We had a group of 46 people, and 23 of them - there was a whole group, and all the rest were subordinated to these 23 people. This is not very good in relation to other tourists and created inconvenience. We went to Poland with a specific purpose. Krakow is great, great, but Warsaw is not interesting at all, it is only for shopping.
