I want to express my deep gratitude to the New Horizons travel agency and its managers Valeria and Anna for choosing a tour to Turkey. My family, my grandmother and a 4-year-old child flew to the Club Zigana HV1 hotel in April from 21.04 -01.05. the hotel was chosen according to the principle: we need a green area, a playground and good food. The hotel pleasantly pleased, with a chic green area, the rooms are modest, true, but quite comfortable, the food is chic, varied, the animation is just super, every day a new show, always breathtaking. In general, I liked the rest very, very much, we want to go back.))) Thank you very much for a successful vacation. I recommend the travel agency "New Horizons" to everyone, they are the best !!!! P.S. We will definitely come for Montenegro;)

Probably, Vesna7 and I went on a trip to Vinnitsa at the same time (April 2014). The guide to the Pirogov Museum was excellent, but this is the merit of the guide himself, and not "Svetlana".

Наверное, мы с Vesna7 ездили в поездку по Виннице в одно и то же время (апрель 2014). Действительно, не было заявленной обзорной экскурсии по городу (ни единого слова, даже по минимуму) - это фейл, "Светлана-тур" о своей репутации совсем не думает. Ну и постоянные отсылки во время езды в автобусе - "это вы почитаете в интернете" - меня напрягли. Так зачем с нами гид, если мы почитаем в интернете?
Экскурсовод по музею Пирогова была преотличная, но это заслуга самого экскурсовода, а не "Светланы".
Да, отсутствие обещанной экскурсии - не жизненно важно. Но это услуга, которую не предоставили. Я, как клиент, теперь каждый раз сомневаюсь, ехать ли со "Светланой-тур" еще раз? И ехать не хочу.

Хоть поездка была уже очень давно, мы ее прекрасно помним, это наша ошибка и мы ее полностью исправили. Гида мы давно заменили,с тех пор свозили в Винницу не одну тысячу туристов ( так как тур этот очень популярен, гидов выбираем самых-самых лучших).
