We rested from July 20 to 28, 2014. The holiday was very successful, although the Beach Albatros Resort hotel was built a long time ago, but it is very cozy, a fairly large area, green, well-groomed, beautiful palm trees, flowers, trimmed bushes and trees, many pools - from 50 cm and more, 2 jacuzzis, two high slides: straight and spiral - for extreme lovers.
I liked the food: several restaurants to choose from, a very wide variety of dishes, a lot of vegetables (a little bit of fruit, mostly fruits, mostly dates, apples, pears and bananas, figs were exotic 1 time). Several types of ice cream, any drinks and sandwiches all day long.
From alcoholic beverages they drank beer - light and tasty, and wine - there were 3 types: pink, white and red - all delicious. We were never hungry, we didn’t even manage to try a lot of things because of such a rich assortment of dishes.
I liked the beach: large umbrellas and comfortable soft sunbeds, the sea is wonderful (the main thing is to avoid sea urchins).
The room is simple but cozy, cleaned every day, towels changed every day, air conditioning worked well, all the staff are very friendly, they always recognized and greeted everyone. At 5 in the morning we met the dawn on the beach - very beautiful, but at 7 the sun is already very strong, it is better to go to the pool or in the shade until 16.00. Definitely sunscreen.
Departure from the hotel by transfer was very early - at 7.25, and breakfast from 7, we decided to go to the airport by taxi - at 9.00, because. to the airport 15 minutes drive. As a result, we visited the beach in the morning, then had a quiet breakfast, got ready and for $ 15 for three we were taken to the airport.
There are many souvenir shops on the territory of the hotel, the prices are the same as in Hurghada and you can also bargain, you can also buy beach flip flops, panama hats for every taste, swimwear, pareos and much more.
If you like to go on excursions, then I advise you to come in the colder season, in July it is very hot during the day and it is tiring to walk through the ancient ruins.
