Thank you for a good holiday

Thanks to the managers of the company for the openness and honesty in the selection of our vacation. We were in Regency plaza 5 * in Sharm. When choosing a tour, we were in many agencies, but we went to "Alexandra" and immediately felt the difference in attitude towards us. Firstly, everyone here very friendly, secondly, they honestly told about the hotels, thirdly, it is clear that they go everywhere and tell what they saw themselves. We came to them, there were a lot of people, but we were immediately offered to sit down, asked if we could wait 10 minutes, we were offered coffee, we were sooooo pleasantly surprised. We waited less than 10 minutes and a girl approached us, Oksana introduced herself. exactly, you can see that they know the hotels. No one runs around there, no noise, they don’t play big “professors” like in other agencies. The next day we bought a ticket. We are very satisfied with the hotel, thank you Oksana we didn’t spend a lot and had a good rest. We we will return to you.
