In general, the rest was formed, I chose the Sapphire 3 * hotel, Sunny Beach, Bulgaria based on the reviews. The hotel is good, new, everything suits, the food is excellent, not every trio feeds like that, cleaning is daily, towels are changed every 3 days. The other side of the coin is air services. We had an airline YanAir, I had not heard about it before. The flight to Burgas was postponed, but for the benefit of a short time, within 2 hours. And with a flight back it’s even worse, the departure time was changed 4 times in advance, it turned out instead of the declared time, at 23.50, which was not expected. And according to the guide, our flight has changed, i.e. different airline, and extremely inconvenient time. Therefore, choosing the YanAir airline, it is not a fact that the time of your vacation will be planned. Moreover, I contacted YanAir in a message on Facebook, where it was indicated that we would respond within 1 hour, but no answer was received. They didn’t even write information on the return flight, even if it was canceled, although I indicated the flight number. It is more likely that YanAir will respond if they need to sell tickets, but not in such cases. And so, we are waiting for the flight back!

We would like to remind you that you have chosen one of the most economical tours to Paris, which is called "Paris Express. Standard", with two night transfers. Also, the tour you went on took place during the school holidays. School groups, if desired, can order additional meals for children, and we cannot refuse them this. Unfortunately, there are not always places on highways where you can fully feed a school group, so you need to drive into the city.
Unfortunately tours are not both very cheap and comfortable. To ensure comfort, we recommend that you choose tours without night crossings and with more days or air tours in the future. We hope that in time you will have only the most pleasant memories of the trip. And, if budget tours are not for you, you will discover the types of tours that will please you.

Хотим Вам напомнить, что Вы выбрали один из самых экономных туров в Париж, который называется "Париж Экспресс. Стандарт", с двумя ночными переездами. К тому же, тур, в который Вы ездили, проходил во время школьных каникул. Школьные группы, по желанию, могут заказывать дополнительное питание для детей, и мы не можем им в этом отказать. К сожалению, на автомагистралях не всегда есть места, где можно полноценно покормить школьную группу, поэтому нужно заезжать в город.
К сожалению туры не бывают одновременно и очень дешевыми и комфортными. Для обеспечения комфорта рекомендуем Вам в дальнейшем выбирать туры без ночных переездов и с бОльшим количеством дней или авиатуры. Мы надеемся, что у Вас со временем останутся только самые приятные воспоминания от путешествия. И, если экономные туры не для Вас, Вы откроете для себя такие виды туров, которые придутся Вам по душе.
