The host country in Montenegro is terrible

The air carrier is good, we took off and landed very carefully, and given that I am hypertensive, this is very important.

The room was as advertised. But there is no transfer, the voucher clearly states that the transfer from the airport to the hotel and back we were dropped off 15 minutes before the villa and we were also told to get up the stairs with our suitcases before the transfer. They said the bus could not go there, but big buses to Budva drove along this street every 10 minutes

The host R-tour in Montenegro is very incompetent and does not fulfill its requirements, this proves not only the transfer, but also the excursions that are not professional guides alone - Rada speaks Russian very poorly and her entire excursion takes 3.5 hours there and 3 .5 hours back was 12 minutes. The other Natasha spoke well, but very monotonously and uninterestingly, so uninterestingly that almost the entire bus fell asleep under her voice. We visited Mostar (a lot of people, heat) did not really see anything, but the main thing! We were fed there for 12 euros with a vegetarian soup, a meat second (delicious) and a dessert - a piece of pastry sprinkled with sweet water (a rare abomination). At the waterfalls, because of which we got up at 5 am and drove for 5 hours, we spent about 20 minutes (without time for changing clothes and the road). Everyone was very unhappy and spared money, and the excursion, which was long, uninteresting, cost 55 euros. Their prices are almost 2 times higher than those of Pilon, and the quality of service is 2 times worse
