I want to thank the travel agency Orion-Intour through which we flew to the UAE. To begin with, I must say that the UAE is just a fabulous country, the scale of which struck me to the depths of my consciousness. In addition, how wonderful it is in the middle of a fierce winter to plunge into the warm and magical world of an Arab country. We found the right hotel for us - Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi, where my husband and I spent unforgettable moments of our lives! It was done quickly, clearly and very informative! And the hotels had everything: high-class unobtrusive service, and the pale blue waters of the Persian Gulf, and the mysterious sands of the desert, and of course, like any other woman, I managed to take my soul away for shopping! We will definitely return to the Emirates again (and I hope not alone). →

Well, my husband practically didn’t communicate, but I tormented the company’s managers :) I looked at many options :) well, I’m sorry ... Vacation once a year, after all, I naturally want to relax WELL :) We bought the tour from Irina, I don’t remember surname, so white. →

Yesterday we returned from a tour to St. Petersburg. We booked places (with 100% prepayment) a month in advance, and put us on 3.4, which serve as service for drivers, and they kicked us out to the only available places located AGAINST traffic. So for 6 days we traveled backwards (fortunately, the body endured it, it only made me sick in Kiev due to frequent stops in traffic jams), the view is bad and you have to get used to the fact that "look to the right" means the opposite. →

We just returned from Turkey, we were in Side, Barbaros Pasha, an excellent hotel, varied food, a lot of fruit, grilled on the street in the evening, barbecue. We lived in the main building, the room was large, every day cleaning to conscience. The only thing that was a little annoying was the animators, who tried too hard, in our understanding, animation is live music in the evening and aerobics, right there, these animators just didn’t give rest . →

I bought a tour to Croatia from Orion-Intour, despite the fact that it was a completely individual tour, they did it well. I traveled in my car with my family through Hungary. "Orion-Intour" booked a hotel in Budapest, a pleasant hotel Medoz 3 *; found me a wonderful option in Croatia, a wonderful apartment in Poreč, in Zelena Laguna, Apartments "Laguna Bellevue" is a great place to return to. →

We bought a tour to St. Petersburg from this tour operator, in addition to booking a tour a month in advance, but they put us in seats in the last row where the seats do not fold out, and upon filing a claim by phone, they lied that these were the first rows on the second floor of the bus - nothing of the kind, the last "non-folding" row was. But the worst thing is that they settled not in the indicated hotel, but in a much worse one (they checked the prices - and the hotel was one and a half times cheaper and instead of the standard they settled in a creepy-looking economy), and they didn’t even warn about it. →

The Orion-Intour company refuses to return the money for the failed tour due to the failure to open a visa for us. The authorities of the agency do not make contact, the managers of this agency do not make contact, they are not going to help. We thought that we would disperse in the normal way, but I see that they do not want this. In conversations, they are fed breakfast, they refuse to return the amount, citing the fact that the tour operator Natalie-Tour does not return the money to them. →

It's hard to imagine being served like this! People, do not go, a really incompetent manager ruined the whole holiday. The information on the submission of documents was given indistinctly, they wanted to cheat twice !!! once they lost the receipt that they supposedly had to pay extra (then they found they apologized), they counted visas on the tour and then again demanded money for visas (then they figured it out and apologized), and the final - they sold the sea view, and booked a garden view !!. →
