It's hard to imagine being served like this! People, do not go, a really incompetent manager ruined the whole holiday. The information on the submission of documents was given indistinctly, they wanted to cheat twice !!! once they lost the receipt that they supposedly had to pay extra (then they found they apologized), they counted visas on the tour and then again demanded money for visas (then they figured it out and apologized), and the final - they sold the sea view, and booked a garden view !!
what the hell are they writing? Great company! All managers are very professional and competent! I do not think that they could afford this because they value their reputation very much!
что за бред пишут?? Отличная компания! все менеджеры очень профессиональны и компетентны ! я не думаю что они могли себе такое позволить так как очень дорожат своей репутацией!
