Yesterday we returned from Narva, where we rested through the Pilgrim travel agency. The rest in the Narva sanatorium was excellent, but the round-trip bus trip organized by the Pilgrim travel agency, namely the manager Elena Nevzorova, is some kind of horror! We paid 1,000 rubles for bus tickets per person one way, warning that these excellent comfortable buses would take you to the Narva bus station, but in the end it turned out: an ordinary regular bus with broken seats, it’s good that the toilet was still working (very surprising for such a bus), and on the bus it is written in large letters: St. Petersburg-Tallinn 12 euros, this is 12 euros to Tallinn, and even cheaper to Narva, wow the company has warmed up! And the way back was even more interesting, because. the manager Elena Nevzorova warned us that we would come to the bus station in the city by a certain time.
Narva, we order a taxi from the sanatorium, it's good that the taxi driver told us that these buses do not go to the bus station! Imagine, and if he had not warned us, we would have stood and waited for this bus and could not leave for St. Petersburg! What is it called?! They threw people off, they took the money at a double price and they are happy! It is not in vain that there are a lot of negative reviews about this company, especially with regard to the road, even by plane, even by bus, even by train. We and our friends will never contact this company again!!!
