Everything was good in the agency, I liked everything. There was not a very pleasant moment about the transfer on the way back. Our plane was delayed for 3 hours, but no one told us that the transfer was being postponed from 9 am to 12 noon, so we had to sit in the hotel lobby for 3 hours. I can rate the agency 10 out of 10, the Join up operator 7 out of 10. →
I communicated with the manager of the agency remotely, since I am located territorially in Donetsk, they sent me all the documents on time, warned me about the flight delay, although the transfer was only 10 minutes. In addition, the agency provided me with incredible assistance, rescheduling the tour from December to January, because due to martial law, I could not go in December. → |
