For the weekend we decided to go on a tour "Castles of Transcarpathia". The group gathered a small 9 people. But the trip took place (unfortunately). We were not informed of any changes in advance. All the way the driver (who is also the owner of the company) said that the trip was not profitable and completely at the expense of the company. This happened so often that I began to think that we paid 200 UAH. per person, and not the declared 800 UAH. Already upon arrival in Transcarpathia, the driver told us that about 40% of the entire tour was canceled, since it was not profitable for them. But they didn’t want to cancel the trip, so as not to spoil our plans and mood (ha ha ha). Instead of tours of the castles (which were included in the price), we will be taken to the thermal pools (for which you have to pay extra). But even this is not the worst. When 70% of the group were against such changes, and offered to just leave us at SMT Berehove for a walk, the driver said that he didn’t like it that way and we would still go where he said. And who does not want to go to the pools for an additional fee, will sit in the parking lot for 2.5 hours?
To be honest, I'm not against walking along the SMT, trips to paid pools, etc. But if you, "dear travel agency", change the program, warn about it before leaving. And do not tell that you organize trips only for the benefit of tourists.
I will never travel with this company again! And I do not advise you!

We apologize for this tour, traveling not "owner of the company", this tour changed the program of the travel agency employee and was reprimanded for not consulting with management. An example of financial gain - of course, a travel agency must work for a profit to exist and develop new destinations. The cost of tours - entrance tickets are not included, especially entrance tickets to thermal pools. The tour operator constantly tries to maintain a 100% guarantee of departure of all tours, so if not a complete group, departure occurs. In this tour there was an incident before leaving, which failed to go to a certain part of the group (but there are already problems with the company that the tourist is certainly not interested).
Regarding the change of route, the tour operator indicates on the official website: "The company reserves the right to change the tour program, order and time of excursions without reducing the total amount of services"

Доброго дня! Мене звати Олександр, Директор Туроператора "Партнер Тур груп". Просимо вибачення за даний тур, їздивши не "господар фірми", даний тур змінив програму працівника турфірми і була зроблена догана, що не порадився з керівництвом. Напривід фінансової вигоди - звісно, туристична фірма має працювати на прибуток, щоб існувати і розвивати нові напрямки. У вартість турів - вхідні квитки не входять, тим більше вхідні квитки у термальні басейни. Туроператор намагається постійно підтримувати 100% гарантії виїзду всіх турів, тому якщо не повна група, виїзд відбувається. В даному турі стався інцидент перед виїздом, що не вийшло їхати певній частині групи (але вже є проблеми фірми, що туриста звісно немає цікавити).
Напривід зміни маршруту, туроператор вказує на офіційному сайті: "Фірма залишає за собою право змінювати програму туру, порядок та годину екскурсій без зменшення загального обсягу послуг"
