We were satisfied with the selection of the tour and registration of the application. The fun began before leaving the Iron Port. 2 days before departure, we called the company and asked if anything had changed after departure, we were told that everything is in order. At that hour we were waiting for our comfortable bus, but it was not there. a bus appeared at the stop and the driver asked who was going to Khmelnytsky? We said our last names, but we were not on the lists. Then my husband called the company, they said what to clarify. After 5 minutes called and told to sit in that necklace, because he will take us to our bus. When I called and asked what kind of boorish attitude they were and whether they understood that they would forget us a little more, the operator just hung up. And as we realized later, our bus just broke down.

And if my husband hadn't approached the driver and started calling the company himself, we would simply have been forgotten in the Iron Port ...
