When the tour operator Coral Travel did not provide me with a booked hotel, Passport Plus did not give me the slightest help in solving the problem, not even advice. After my arrival, I filed a complaint, but they again "froze off". What are they getting their interest for? (By the way, honestly, they could have returned them.)
