When they bought a ticket, the departure time from Moscow was indicated at 22:00, under this time tickets from Inta to Moscow were bought. 4 days before departure from Inta, they called the Pegas travel agency to find out if the departure date had changed, to which they answered that the flight is postponed to 6 in the morning of the same day .... I had to hand over tickets and buy for another train (branded) it cost 1400 rubles more per person (wife and daughter). Yesterday my wife called from the train and said that they called Pegasus and there again said that the flight was a charter one and was postponed to an even earlier departure, at 2 am. I would like to ask the management a question, what are you doing there? Well, the train to Moscow arrives at 22:00, and if it were late? Who will pay the costs? We will not use the services of your office anymore. We are waiting for an explanation from the management.
