I would like to express my gratitude to the tour operator Pegas Touristik for an unforgettable vacation in Sharm El Sheikh on 06/29/2013-07/05/2013, Stella Di Mare hotel!

Even before the trip, I never ceased to be surprised at the quality service of the operators of this company on the phone. I was informed about the status of the application in a timely manner, contacting me three times and in one of these calls they said that the Pegasus company was giving us a business class flight, which, in turn, was also very surprising and fabulously pleasant! Separately, I want to thank the telephone operator of this company, Varvara Kanumba, for excellent telephone support. But the pleasant surprises didn't end there. Upon arrival at Sharm El Sheikh airport, we found that our suitcase was taken by other people, and they were left at the baggage claim, in other words, the luggage was mixed up.

An employee of the Pegas Touristik company in Egypt, Husan (I don’t know my last name), within 10 minutes was able to find the person who took our luggage, who, without suspecting anything, was already on the bus to his hotel. For which Mr. Husan many thanks! We were delivered to the hotel with comfort by individual transport, which fully corresponded to the Pegas Select concept according to the category of the booked hotel. The guide at the hotel, Karina (I don’t know her last name), was also very attentive to us and quite pleasant to talk to, one feels that she is a true professional in the tourism industry. In addition, she always shone in a pleasant smile, thanks to which we felt like dear guests, who are sincerely welcome.

And this despite the fact that she had to wander from hotel to hotel through the streets on foot from morning to night in full office uniform in the scorching African heat in the summer (I saw this by chance and was somewhat shocked, at the same time admiring her endurance and the strongest perseverance in work).

The representative of the Pegas Marina company (I don’t know my last name), who accompanied us to the airport, was also the face of high-class tourist service. She fully informed us on every issue of interest to us at that time and asked in detail about our impressions of the trip, which, in my opinion, indicates that she is a responsible employee who does her job well, represents a serious company and is far from being indifferent to customers and their wishes. In general, we are very satisfied with the trip, as well as individually, with the work of each of the employees of the Pegas Touristik company.

I have been using the services of the Pegas Touristik company for 10 years, and for all these years I have never been disappointed, on the contrary, it’s not a trip, so a pleasant surprise. For example, there was such a case, it was a trip to Turkey, Marmaris, our flight was delayed until the evening. All other tour operators took their tourists to the airport in the morning, waiting for the flight until the evening. Pegas Touristik also took his tourists to relax in the Spa at a therapeutic thermal mud resort, along the way, organizing two meals a day for us in restaurants (all at their expense). Thus, the waiting time for the flight passed unnoticed and we were delivered to the airport, right in time for the start of check-in for the flight. The company took full care of its tourists, thus not allowing their mood to be spoiled, and time and money wasted waiting.

This once again testifies to the quality service of a high-level company and a serious and very attentive attitude towards all its tourists and guests. Thanks to Pegas Touristik and all the individual employees of this wonderful company for a great vacation and amazing customer service!
