Terrible company, would not recommend to anyone.

Hello, we have just arrived from Cyprus, and I cannot be silent. For the first time we ordered excursions from the Pegasus company and for the first time in Cyprus. Booked 2 tours, one worse than the other. We have never been so disappointed with any company. Tours were recommended to us by their representative. The first tour "unknown and beautiful Cyprus" spent the whole day on the bus, stopping rarely and for a very short time, we did not have time to see anything. The guide told everything very slowly, the emphasis was on some uninteresting historical moments, nothing new, nothing interesting, everything was like from the Internet. I always said I'll tell you later. The word then so we did not wait. Lunch was included, it was terrible, salted meat, rotten vegetables, sour sauce, watered down wine. I felt terribly sick all the way after such a dinner. Upon arrival, I'm sorry, but everything went back.

We were terribly tired, we didn’t hear anything interesting, we didn’t see much, the road was completely exhausted. Although they promised that we would see the floor of beautiful Cyprus, we did not see anything .... except for the bus. We asked friends, they took excursions from another company, it was very interesting, and not at all like our excursion.

The second excursion "famagusta + kyrenia by jeeps" is even more interesting, they promised comfortable jeeps, they promised that all inclusive, except for lunch. As a result, terrible old cars in which it is impossible to sit, there are no good seats, there is a terribly small space between the seats, the legs are numb, the rear seats are shaking terribly. There is no air conditioning, I had to open all the windows that did not help from the 30 degree heat, I was blown away. My ear hurts, I sneeze. Even more interesting, we had 2 such cars and 1 guide on them. The poor girl, she ran from one car to another and tried to tell us everything.

We tore her apart, each car wanted her to sit down with them, tell them more information, answer questions. Upon arrival at each of the points, it turns out that in order to go somewhere you had to pay your own money. And independently walk inside each historical place. What is it all about???? And what did we pay for then? Why do we still have to pay for something, no one warned us. And that we should tell ourselves what and how and where it happened??? It's one thing to tell it in the car, and another to tell on the spot and show everything. For some reason, other groups were with guides. What kind of organization is this ???? why did this happen ??? We did not expect organization and such a terrible attitude towards us from Pegasus. Upon arrival, we looked at the prices for these excursions from other companies, Pegasus is terribly overpriced. For what, explain what it was all about ??? Why such a terrible attitude????

We sent them a claim immediately, we have been waiting for 7 days. Not a line from them.
