At first, the sale of vouchers for the numbers we needed was simply suspended. Then they resumed, but prices rose twice a day. Then again the tours ended, but the day before departure they appeared. Immediately booked (despite the fact that the price of the original increased by 15000r). And when in the evening after work I tried to pay for it, it turned out that it had to be done before 16:00! And, allegedly, the girl-operator of the call center warned me about this. For some reason, the girl could not call me before canceling the reservation and they cannot offer us anything to replace it. As a result, we sit at home on vacation and enjoy the wonderful St. Petersburg summer. Thank you Pegasus for ruining the holiday!
