Travel agency review Перлина-Тур (Lviv)

Unforgettable Lviv with travel agency Perlina-tour!

Travel agency: Перлина-Тур (Lviv)
Service type: экскурсионный тур

An employee of the travel agency described the trip to Lviv so sweetly that we could not refuse.

In the morning we were gathered in Skhidnytsia and sprinted to Truskovets.

After 40 minutes of waiting in Truskavets for a comfortable bus, we were given a sprinter (in our case). The promised guide was replaced by an escort who decided to try himself as a guide. But unsuccessful. His story did not differ in content and consistency.

The journey through Lviv passed at the speed of a slow marathon run. About the visited sights, only photographs in the camera remained in the memory. Historical value, location and name were compared from photographs with the Internet already at home. Given the "small tour group" (65 people), the tour was entertaining. In most cases, one could hear the beginning or end of the guide's narration. The completeness of the tour can be judged relatively, since the list of attractions offered by the guide and which we visited is different. The only thing that gave pleasure was a visit to the Golden Dukat cafe and the taste of aromatic coffee.

Wishes for those who want to visit excursions - check if the price of the excursion includes visiting museums.

To the question: "Do you want to visit not only Lviv by excursion from Perlin-tour?quot; I will answer no rather than yes. Since your own impression is remembered more than the reviews of acquaintances and friends.

The mice were crying, pricking...
This "business" will not change, except that it will find a few more ways to take money from the population.

The money for the tour can be returned if you act correctly.
1) If you have concluded an Agreement with a Travel Agency (not with an operator!), paid money to the Travel Agency, then the Travel Agency must return the money. The Agreement says about this: Tour operator Accord does not deal directly with tourists. (clause 5 1 2 of the Agreement) He entered into an Agreement with the Travel Agency. And if you are told to write complaints and demand money from Accord directly, then know that you are being deceived. This is beneficial for the travel agent and the operator Accord too. They will fool you like that. Read your contract, paragraph 5 1 3 - The travel agent returns the money for the failed tour.
2) Read paragraph 8. 4 of the Agreement - you have every right to refuse a tour that has been postponed, because other dates do not suit you, because you were offered a tour with a night move (and this does not suit you for health reasons), but the main thing is that you are being rescheduled for the tour. Read paragraph 8.4 - it's all written there.
The money must be returned to you by the Travel Agent in full - 100% without any fines. Not later than 3 days before the start of the tour, he must inform you that the tour has been postponed so that you can write a Claim to him and demand a refund of the entire amount. In this paragraph 8 4 all this is written. Write a claim 3 days before the tour! It is very important!
3) How to write a Claim to the Travel Agency is written in paragraph 5 2 4, indicate everything point by point, as it is written there. Full name, address, contract number, etc., and describe the situation that they say the tour was postponed, but I can’t do it on other days. Therefore, I am writing in three days, as indicated in clause 8 4 of my Agreement, and I demand to return the entire amount without any fines. Take the claim in 2 copies on the same day to the Travel Agent and let him sign on your second copy that he received such a chill and put a seal.
All. Then let the Travel Agency deal with the operator, and it should return the money to you.
If they freeze, then threaten the travel agency with a lawsuit and that you will demand compensation for moral damages.

I will also add that travel agencies have known for a long time that the Accord tour is throwing tourists for money, that it has fictitious tours, but they continue to sell their tours. If they stopped selling their tours, then the Accord would have been gone a long time ago, or they would have started to work honestly. And so, as long as Travel Agencies shamelessly participate in these scams, all this will continue. Most of our people are not legally literate, they are not used to turning to lawyers, which is why swindlers flourish.
