The worst trip ever.

My friend and I bought a 1-day tour to Novgorod on February 13th. The manager with a disgruntled face said that if the group did not get enough to cancel the trip. And the group didn't make it. The manager suggested rescheduling the trip to February 22 and complained that they were operating at a loss. As a client, I don't care about their internal problems. On February 22, we arrived at the bus, which we could not find, because the sign with the name "Novgorod" had fallen. The guide's microphone did not work from time to time. I have never seen a worse bus. City buses are even more convenient. Close and narrow. Sleep was out of the question. We sat in the last seat on the wheel. The driver did not see the speed bump and drove over it at full speed and through his fault I hit my head on the shelf on the ceiling of the bus. The bleeding was barely stopped. The driver generally does not know how to provide first aid. A friend helped me. In first-aid kits only bandages.

I was lucky that we drove up to the cafe for lunch and took peroxide there. The next day, I called the director of the company and wrote a review to the manager Svetlana Dmitrieva (she is still boorish), to which she told me that they didn’t care and no one would apologize, although they admitted the driver was guilty. I wrote a review to them in the VKontakte group. Reviews that they did not like, they brazenly deleted. They began to justify the driver by the fact that he was a man and therefore was confused. I do not care. These are childish excuses. Zero help. Zero professionalism. The manager tried to justify herself and lied that I pierced my head with a hairpin. This is a lie. My friend is a doctor and can distinguish the nature of the blow. After the client has paid them money, he is not a client for them. And after reading the reviews on VKontakte, I realized that Svetlana is rude to all clients whose reviews she did not like.
