On January 30, 2017, my mother had the pleasure of purchasing a ticket to Kazan from 02/17/2017 at the Petrotour travel agency. to 19.02.2017 The employee who sold us the ticket, Nina Sergeeva, quit the next day and, probably, that’s why no one called us back and sent us an SMS, as promised by the resigned employee. When I myself called the travel agency three days before departure, the employee who answered the call, not exactly knowing the number of my contract, promised to call back the next day with explanations about the trip, but did not call back. I called myself with questions about the upcoming trip. The same employee answered me and introduced himself as Vyacheslav Mukhin, he had already forgotten that he had spoken to me earlier, saying that he was hearing me for the first time. To my questions that no one called me back, he replied that the employee who sold me the ticket quit and did not transfer any cases to him.
I asked to give me the phone number of the head of the group in Kazan, he did not give a phone number, assuring me with an oath that he personally guarantees that everything will be fine. After that, I went to Kazan, as they say "at your own peril and risk." To be completely objective, I’ll say that upon arrival in Kazan, an SMS with the guide’s data still came, but it cost me a sleepless night on the train.
Upon arrival in Kazan, we were met by a driver and taken to the local history museum, where we sat for 20 minutes. All this time, the driver tried in vain to call the guide. Because of this, we missed the lunch we paid for at the cafe, since it was very close and if we were taken there right away, we would have time to eat with the whole group. Such an adjustment to adjust the route for us was promised to us by an employee Nina, who sold us a ticket. Unfortunately, as I understand it, Petrotur did not take care of us in any way and did not contact our partners in Kazan.
As a result, we were left without food until late in the evening, so the first impression was greatly overshadowed.
I do not advise anyone to buy vouchers at Petrotur. The attitude towards customers is disregarding, just to grab a "special coin", and there at least "grass does not grow."
