I didn’t have any comments to the agency, the design went great, quickly and without any problems. There were no questions about flights and transfers, everything was fine and on time. Questions were only to the hotel. Excursions from the tour operator - there are a lot of comments and questions. They promised a tour until 8 pm, and got to the hotel only at half past 10. They promised Pamukkale and everything, but there were still a lot of all sorts of shops, and in Pamukal itself we were only two hours and that's it. And so the whole day riding in the heat. The information was completely untrue.
