The agent girl is polite, prepared everything in advance. Basically, we liked everything. There are no complaints about this agency at all. There were constant transfers and many times back and forth. We had a Join Up carrier, and now they have been saying lately that they have something with flights there. Just for the time being, and so in principle it is normal. Well, we flew from Kharkov, it’s not difficult for us to get from home, but it was inconvenient for visitors and we had to wait. On vacation, we were offered excursions, we liked everything and we were satisfied. We did not even manage to use all the services and everything corresponded to reality.
