The Planeta company died for me forever after a trip to Finland on 04.01-06.01 2012. The crew of drivers - Vladimir (fat and bald) and Sergey (slender, younger) and the guide Svetlana Evgenievna skillfully spoiled the mood and discouraged many from the desire to travel. Indifferently polite communication, driver Vladimir’s remarks “no one will lead you by the hand here”, lack of information, neglect of the needs of tourists (check-in at a fish smokehouse, against the will of travelers, instead of the declared excursion to Porvoo), long stops at roadside cafes, tea and coffee on the bus is drunk exclusively by drivers, the rest as soon as they have time. If you are not embarrassed by the "cute pranks" of travel agency employees working exclusively "for themselves", unprofessional tours, then you can use the services of the Planet travel agency. Personally, I and about 40 other people do not want to experiment on themselves anymore.
And it is useful for employees of the company to know that customers need not only to be led by the hand, but also to be “licked” so that they carry their money to them. But apparently, in the Planet they only know how to “breed suckers” professionally, they are unaware of caring for people. Very sorry for the waste of time and money.
