We have used this tour company three times, we thought (naive) that regular customers should be treated responsibly. I won't say that the first two times we were delighted with her, but compared to the horrors people talk about other operators - we decided that it's still like +, - it's normal. So we flew to Zanzibar. When I was surprised by the flight there with one transfer, the Internet told me that the break between planes can be from 1 hour to 24 hours. And the miracle operator bought us tickets where the transfer lasted 6 hours, and assured that this is the best option. We booked 2 hotels. In the first it turned out that the seats are not reserved. After temporary negotiations over the phone, it turned out that the seats were booked and due to someone's mistake (guess whose) we had an hour to wait and get nervous, and of course it turned out that there are only 2 worst hotel rooms available.
We lived in a room near the staff room where the door was constantly slamming - it was impossible to fall asleep even at night, the windows overlooked a dirty alley - so they were painted something black. we said that it was not possible - we received answers documents stating that we were booked just such a number… When my husband started calling a man who is our agent from Zanzibar, he said on the phone saying I will call back classes… of course no one called back. So at the reception they started to raise the issue of finances - how can we get our money back, made it clear that we will not settle here, they had no free rooms, and surprisingly they then found us a family room (it turned out that there is a room where two women live and sleep on one bed, who agreed to move). So there were 3 hours of nerves here until we were settled.
Now we fly alone, everything is ok, I advise everyone not to be lazy !!! It is not difficult at all: buy plane tickets, book a hotel (most hotels meet tourists at the airport by car - Free), all tours can be booked on the spot. Friends, do not be lazy and organize a decent holiday on your own - without nerves.

Зовсім не важко: купити білети на літак, забронювати готель (більшість готелів зустрічає туристів в аєропорту з машиною - Безкоштовно), всі екскурсі можна замовити на місці. Друзі не лінуйтесь та організовуйте собі достойний відпочинок самостійно - без нервів.

So of course when we returned home we were already on an unscrupulous tour company that does not know how to choose partners for cooperation, we were very grateful to the professional pilots. (By the way, it is strange that the tour company is not interested in the impressions of customers about the trip after returning home, it is probably in its interest to ask the customer impressions, find out how their partners work - are they responsible…?) was where, the flight was a direct hotel one.
But of course we arrived and found out that it is cheaper than we were told… well, we decided that, we are to blame - next time it is better to look at the price. But even then the punctuality of "Journey in a Dream" was impressive, almost always Ms. Worker (I understand that it was the director) was not there, although pre-arranged a meeting, so it was almost every visit waited for about an hour - we joked " this is definitely a feature of the agency - happy people do not look at the times. "
Ну що, поговоримо. Для тих хто читав "Ужас, не раджу". Відгук написала ще в Занзібарі, та там був слабкий інтернет, не завантажився і зберігся на ноутбуці, чистила ноут і натрапила – тому вирішила що треба розповісти людям про недобросовісне агентство. Коли повернулися додому, то була дуже погана погода 4 рази заходили на посадку, літак приземлили не в Жулянах (де повинні), ми понад годину кружляли в небі і не знали що з нами буде. Тому звичайно повернувшись додому нам було вже однаково на недобросовісну тур фірму яка не вміє обирати партнерів для співпраці, ми були дуже вдячні професійним пілотам. ( До речі дивно що тур фірма не цікавиться враженням клієнтів про подорож після повернення додому, певне це в її інтересах розпитати у клієнта враження, дізнатися як працюють їхні партнери - чи відповідальні …?) Коли літали перший раз, там і «косячити» оператору не було де, рейс був без пересадок готель один. Та звісно прилетівши ми дізналися що коштує він дешевше ніж нам озвучили…ну ми вирішили таке, самі винні – наступного разу краще дивитись ціну. Та вже тоді пунктуальність "Подорож у мрії" вражала, майже завжди пані Працівниці (я так розумію що то і була директор) не було на місці, хоча заздалегідь домовлялися про зустріч, так було майже при кожному візиті чекали якось до години – ми шутили « це певне фішка така в агенції – щасливі на часи не дивляться».

But in fact - we were met by a car with a driver and a guide and they drove us for two or three days, on a completely different route, all the most expensive tours for which we have already paid for the idea - they passed in a strange way. And on the last day there was a "circus" we were brought to some hotels and we waited there for half a day for a bus that took tourists to the airport collecting around the island, so the last day was completely transferred - got a day on the road, although the hotel could be reached by car in 4 years. So we decided - well, it happens that in general it's great that there were two.
Although they had to think - they paid for one thing, they made a reservation - they got something completely different. DO NOT GO THERE ANYMORE. But we were lazy and came to the third, lazy to look for a new agency, for which we paid. So friends, do not use this agency, look for the best !!!
Іншого разу вийшло кумедно, замовили екскурсійний тур, нас мали доєднати до команди з 6-8 осіб на 3 дні. Ми детально обирали до якого маршруту нас долучити, вибрали найцікавіший для себе маршрут. Просили щоб у групі були лише Українці – Ви нам сказали що не можемо це улаштувати, швидше за все будуть російськомовні люди з різних країн. Та за фактом – нас зустріла машина з водієм і гідом і вони нас два три дні катали, зовсім за іншим маршрутом, всі найдорожчі екскурсії за які ми по ідеї вже заплатили – вони дивним чином проминули. А в останній день був взагалі «цирк» нас привезли в якісь готелі і ми там пів дня чекали автобус що віз в аеропорт туристів збираючи по всьому острову, отже останній день перевели повністю – отримали добу в дорозі, хоча з готелю могли доїхати машиною за 4 години. Тож ми вирішили – ну таке, буває, загалом класно що були двоє. Хоча мали подумати – платили за одне, обмовляли – отримали зовсім інше. НЕ ЙДИТИ БІЛЬШЕ ТУДИ. Та ми ледачі і прийшли в третє, ліньки було шукати нове агентство, за що і поплатилися. Тож друзі не користуйтесь цим агентством, шукайте кращі !!!
