I have been traveling with this agency for a long time and I am completely satisfied with everything. The only agency with whom I can cooperate is TUI, I have also been working with them for a long time. The guys in these agencies are just great!
As for flights, when we flew from Egypt, our flight was delayed at the airport itself, which no one warned us about. And the hotel guide - was generally a boor. We had Anex Tour and I am generally unhappy with them.
