Lyudmila reluctantly answers and invites her to come to the agency. We are in thought ... Well, we must take it ... I am calling with an attempt to once again clarify whether everything is relevant. I announce the number of people where we fly, when we fly, the hotel, food, price. Lyudmila confirms everything, speaks about the prestige of the agency, for confirming her words and being ready to check everything again before we come to the agency. And I decided once again to clarify in writing regarding the documents of the vacationers. AND SO! ANSWER: the cost is calculated without taking into account 1 adult! How so??? Dreams shattered, hopes shattered... I won’t describe in detail how Lyudmila, in response to my question “how is it?”, began to be rude, call me a hack, thank God that I was not her client, no apologies. And this is the attitude of the Director of the travel agency to the client?! The man himself picked up the tour, he confirmed it several times. We are already on the threshold of the agency, and it turns out that she did not take into account one adult! And he does not admit his guilt, but is rude, calls him names and sends him to search further ... .. I really want all the vacationers to very carefully and scrupulously check all the documents, the number of people and other data. And there were fewer people like Lyudmila in travel agencies.

Дарины Забазновой человека полуграмотного кол-во ошибок просто зашкаливает, и недалекого, берут на работу всех подряд, уровень общения шокирует "простотой" вступая в словесные перепалки (такое впечатление, что где-то в селе на скамейке лузгая семечки)адрес конторы г. Киев ул. Константиновская 1/ул.Притисско-Никольская 2, оф.24 Не смоги в течении 8 часов!Найти тур! А потом обьявили, что клиент виноват САМ!!!мол не знает что хочет, и вообще сами посчитайте и сами найдите...как-то так.Отзывы на сайте негатив блокируют, сами себе пишут благодарности, позорище. Никому не советую, не дай Бог с Вами что случись зарубежом, все пиши пропало концов не найдете.
