I want to open my eyes to some of the workers at Let's Go With Us. This is my second year using the company. Last year, I was lucky enough to contact the agency, and Ruslan Sikorako organized a trip to Cyprus at the highest level. This year, my future husband (at that time) and I decided to book a honeymoon trip in "Let's go with us", with full confidence that the trip would be organized just as chic. This was an erroneous opinion. This time Yulia Shamshur worked with us. We booked a tour half a year in advance. As a result, we were not instructed about Charles de Gaulle, the hotel was not paid for and our agents forgot to inform us that we were newlyweds. Draw your own conclusions.
Look, Konstantin, everyone has their own experience, and I don’t impose mine on you. I can only speak for myself: regularly flying with a small child to the seas, I have never had a single reason to say a crooked word against a travel agency. More precisely, against the manager with whom I have been working all these years, because I don’t know anyone else there except for her (I don’t fly so often, and as a rule it’s Greece, and all these years there is the same girl Rimma). However, when I once needed help in a Greek hotel, I asked my manager to help, and she helped me as much as she could.
Well, yes - I never ordered last-minute tours, did not fit into "promotional offers" and did not set myself the task of saving a couple of dollars with unpredictable consequences. I have a small child, therefore I am seriously engaged in the "choice of the summer sea", and I start it back in February-March. Simply because my goal is a normal, predictable sea, and savings by ordering a "burning tour" the day before departure.
And about rating points. I never believe in "best" or "worst" rankings. According to the rating of politicians, the best in Ukraine now is Petro Poroshenko, and before that Viktor Yanukovych. According to the rating of TV channels - the most popular Inter. According to the music rating - in Ukraine there is nothing better than some Tina Karol. The list can be continued indefinitely... But I think this is enough to not treat the ratings as a great truth. I don't care about ratings because my main indicator is my personal experience. And experience with this travel agency I have (at least so far) only positive. If it's not the same for you, it doesn't mean that it's different for everyone. That's why I say - do not impose it.
Смотрите, Константин, у каждого свой опыт, и я Вам свой не навязываю. Я могу говорить только за себя: регулярно летая с маленьким ребенком на моря, у меня ни разу не возникло ни единого повода сказать кривое слово против турфирмы. Точнее, против менеджера, с которым я работаю все эти годы, потому как кроме неё больше никого там не знаю (я летаю не так часто, и как правило это Греция, а там все эти годы одна и та же девушка Римма). При этом когда мне однажды нужна была помощь в греческом отеле, я попросил своего менеджера помочь, и она мне помогла насколько могла.
Ну и да - я не заказывал никогда горящие туры, не влазил в "акционные предложения" и не ставил себе задачи сэкономить пару долларов с непредсказуемыми последствиями. У меня маленький ребенок, потому "выбором летнего моря" я занимаюсь серьёзно, и начинаю это еще в феврале-марте. Просто потому, что у меня цель - нормальное, предсказуемое море, а экономия за счет заказа "горящего тура" за день до вылета.
И относительно рейтинговых баллов. Я никогда не верю в рейтингу "лучших" или "худших". Согласно рейтингу политиков самым лучшим в Украине сейчас является Петр Порошенко, а до этого Виктор Янукович. Согласно рейтингу телеканалов – самый популярный Интер. Согласно музыкальному рейтингу – в Украине нет ничего лучше какой-нибудь Тины Кароль. Список можно продолжать бесконечно… Но думаю, этого уже достаточно чтоб не относиться к рейтингам как к великой истине. Мне плевать на рейтинги, потому что мой главный показатель - мой личный опыт. А опыт работы с этой турфирмой у меня (по крайней мере пока) только положительный. Если он у вас не такой, это не значит, что он у всех не такой. Потому я и говорю - не нужно его навязывать.
Boris, regarding the ratings of points, the smart ones learn from the mistakes of others, and the fools learn from their own !!! I am not a poor person and I can afford to rest at the height of the season (unlike you, I have never been looking for a tour since February, I have never bought last-minute tours). Борис, по поводу рейтингов баллов, умные учатся на чужих ошибках, а дураки на своих !!! Я человек не бедный и могу себе позволить отдых в разгар сезона (в отличии от Вас поисками тура с февраля никогда не занимался, горящие туры никогда не покупал). Если вдруг у Вас по прежнему есть ко мне какие то вопросы, то пишите мне в личные сообщения.

In May, upon arrival in Marmaris, they tried to settle one family in different hotels, below the level paid. Absolutely uncoordinated actions of the representatives of the operator with the host in Turkey. They didn’t get us there at all and shoved them where they had to go on different buses ....
Борису точно везло....Либо очень хорошо работает менеджер,которая пповеряла тщательно бронь. Нам так не повезло с ТПГ. В мае по прилету в Мармарис пытались одну семью разселить по разным отелям,ниже уровня оплаченного. Абсолютно неслаженные действия представителей оператора с принимающей стороной в Турции.О нас вообще там не занли и пихали куда прийдеться на ходу в разные автобусы....
