The manager - Irina Galushchak - showed maximum unprofessionalism. In her opinion, it is absolutely not necessary to inform your clients about the required package of documents. Because of her, I had to postpone the flight for 1 day. As a result, I suffered financial losses. She does not admit her mistake at all. This was my first trip with this agency and the last one. And I advise everyone not to contact them!
