There was an incident with the guide. We took a trip - on quad bikes.
The cost is $40 per person. At the same time, the guide said that arafatki would be provided free of charge. Before leaving for the day, our Guide notifies us that arafatki must be purchased for an additional fee. Which cost an additional $ 5. Naturally, we were outraged and demanded a full refund. To which only 50% received an answer. We contacted Anechka via viber and described the whole situation. The next day, the guide from the very morning caught us in the hall with the full amount of money. Anechka and the company went with us, thank you very much, next time I will only contact you.
