The quality of service at the agency was not very good, we were a little misled when we looked at the hotel - it was one thing, when we arrived there it was another. The manager told us that this is a very good hotel, that everything is inclusive there, everything is fine, in fact the hotel did not correspond to what was told about it, in the description it has 4 *, but in reality it does not pull even 3 *, it was More guest than leisure. The hotel had no animation at all, there was no normal food. Comparing all my trips to Turkey, this was the worst hotel ever. There were no transfers of flights, as for the flight, everything was fine.
