The agency showed us everything, everyone told us about the payment methods, that there are both cash and non-cash payments. We were satisfied with both the agency and the manager. There were no flight transfers, we asked for a non-JOIN UP operator, as we know many cases when they had flight delays. We were offered a tour with JOIN UP for a couple of thousand hryvnias cheaper, but we refused it in favor of GTO.
