I chose a hotel for my wife, contacted an agency and bought a tour. The attitude of the agency staff is good, they told everything, showed me, prepared the documents in a timely manner, and accompanied me on the trip. The tour operator ANEX TOUR delayed the flight a little, but it was not critical.
