Terrible!

If you are not satisfied, you can’t say anything about the work of the manager and the travel agency itself. The dream about Georgia almost turned into a nightmare. I certainly respect that tourists are being deceived more than once (in the same situation, they stumbled, let's go around us, 6 osіb i tіlki in 1 day!). Tourism manager Borutskaya Tetyana gave us a few hotels for accommodation. Of these, we chose one - the three-star hotel Batus, photographs (quiet and side numbers) and geographic location (on the map we were shown the location of the hotel from the sea and the center of the city) that we were completely ruled by. Arriving to Batumi, we revealed that we were brought to the wrong hotel (addresses 26 Travnya str.), which was discussed in the tour company, although the name of the hotel was the same. Spivrobitniki to the hotel said that there are no available rooms, and we are not on the lists for accommodation.

The voucher for the accommodation, which we took at the travel agency as a confirmation of the booking, for the help desk in the hotel, the letter was not informative, but the address was not indicated on the new address, for the hotel, the name did not match: the name of the hotel Batus on our voucher Maria Travel's receiving party number on the voucher is not correct). The manager of the hotel does not know us in the lists and says that we are not the first, who gets into a similar situation (SYSTEM DECEIVATION!!!).

We tried to get in touch with the manager, sort of arranging a tour for us, but our travel agency did not answer our calls, only inefficiently gave feedback on the viber, there was no support for our problem from the side of the travel agency. 2 tourists (because the stench contacted their travel agency in Ukraine, before the speech, tezh "Come with us") mayzhe once again settled in Batus (st. Javakhishvili 6a), which stink bachiled on the image captivating tour, The Ukrainian tour agency (sorry, we don’t know, like the very same thing) recognized its pardon in the reservation and paid for the accommodation of tourists in that hotel, which the stench was effectively robbed during the booking of the tour. We could not contact the Ukrainian side, we turned back to the receiving side of LTD Maria Travel. A representative of the manager, Olga, was called before us, and she tried to explain that we had effectively booked Batus on the street.

We appreciate that such minds made our stay in hotels unbearable and, moreover, posed a threat to our health. The manager Olga could not propose alternative options (although clause 10.1 of the Agreement transfers the right to stay in a hotel of this category without additional payment). Go to Georgia, but in some way not through a travel agency, and in some way not through “Come with us”, I would like to tell you later that everything was not their fault.
