I have previously met agencies whose employees know hotels only by their description, but here the employees are trained and competent in this regard. We are not young already, so I often have additional questions, and it is important for me that they answer me. As for the transfer, on the way back, there was a big transfer of the flight, for 8 hours, and we were offered at the hotel not to leave our room and not pay extra for it, it was unexpected and very pleasant.
