I came to the agency, chose a tour, they provided information on it and I paid. A couple of days later, she just came and took the documents. They even gave us some gifts, which was nice. Before departure, we were contacted and reminded of the flight. There were no problems, the organization was at a decent level. We flew to rest in Turkey and we had no problems with flights in both directions. The transfer was quite comfortable.
