THEY CAN DEMAND MONEY FOR CORRESPONDENCE IN VIBER!

I want to leave a comment about my personal impression of the service in "Let's go with us", or rather about the tour operator Natalia (Kyiv, Miropolskaya street, tel. 050-410-14-18). I called this agency with a request to clarify prices for two hotels in Sharm el-Sheikh. After I was connected with Natalia, she asked for time to send me prices for Viber, to which I agreed. A little over two hours later, she sent me a couple of links and prices for the dates I was interested in. I got acquainted with her proposal, to which I replied that they had already taken it from another tour operator. After I wrote this, Natalia demanded 300 hryvnias from me for her "consultation"! She immediately sent me a photo of a bank card (specifying that it was the card of the head of the office) and said, since I did not take the tour from her, so that I transferred money to the card! Of course, no one warned me about charging a fee for correspondence in Viber (or, as they call it, "consultation") with an employee of this tour company (neither the operator, nor Natalia herself). I am very outraged and want to warn others not to go for these manipulations!
