I have no comments on service at the travel agency itself. But the flight was delayed for an hour and a half, on the way back everything was on time. On the transfer, in principle, there are no comments. But on the way back, shopping trips were superfluous, and because of this, we had to leave earlier. This is not the first time I fly on vacation and I never use the services of a hotel guide, I prefer individual excursions by renting a car. We originally booked the Britannia Hotel but it turned out to be a refurbishment. We could not be identified for a long time, and then moved to another hotel. From what was stated, absolutely nothing came together.
