I would appreciate the travel agency, it is good. They helped us with everything, organized everything. Great service with nice managers. We had comments on flights. We pushed the departure time by 5 hours. They were supposed to fly at 11, but flew at 16, lost one day. Flights were not rescheduled and departed so early. Our operator was Tez tour, we are generally unhappy with them. Due to the postponement of the flight, we simply lost about 4 thousand hryvnias.
