They assured that there have been no problems with Joine for a long time, all issues are resolved in seconds and the Sky Up carrier is also excellent. And they said that in Tunisia rest only with Join Up.
2. First of all, the flight was planned after 3 pm on June 10, 19, then - 17-50, then - 19-50. We are waiting in line for registration and voila. Departure is postponed to 02-45 06/11/19. We start calling the travel agency - the answer is "We have a working day until 18-00, call tomorrow"! I call the tour operator: "The working day is over, let the travel agency write a letter of compensation tomorrow."
Unsubscribing to the viber manager, dropping the flight delay documents. Silence ... Okay, we left at 3 o'clock ...
3. Arrived at 4 am local time. they took the luggage, came to the Join Up counter, and there is no one there! 180 people arrived tired, with children ... There is no host !!! We went around the whole airport and finally found 2 people. They were taken to the rack to be distributed among the buses, but here you are ... catch ... not all the buses yet. We walk for 30-40 minutes. in the parking lot.
4. As we got to the room around 8 am, the meeting with the guide - at 6 pm. The guide was at the meeting for a maximum of 15 minutes. He offered 3 most expensive excursions from the whole list. Having said that there are no others. Leaving the phone number and left. He was never seen again. For questions that arose during the holiday, they turned to the administration. By the way, the administration itself rarely sees the "problem-free" Joan Up and does not know how to contact them.
The tour was planned for the wedding anniversary and we were promised a surprise from the hotel. No one informed the hotel, even more, we were not told that there is an Alya Carte restaurant and we can visit it for free. It is good that we already have experience.
6. We flew back traditionally late. But it's not as interesting as the quest we went through. The host could not find hotels to pick up vacationers, although they were close to each other, did not have an exact list of names and number of vacationers. At the airport guide not knowing what to do, where to go. We found the check-in counters ourselves, and Susanin drove people back and forth for another 15-20 minutes. He regularly ran up to me and asked if all of us got off the bus, if everyone registered, and where else, etc.
As a result, the last time I deal with this company, where their job is to sell what they want, who does not listen to customer advice, who does not appreciate a regular customer, who refuses to contact the tour operator on behalf of his client because is an intermediary who does not try to simply apologize and fix the problem (in 2 weeks - no letter or call from the travel agency). I think the trial should be taught to work more seriously and responsibly, and not to play "businesswoman".
