I want to express my gratitude to the agency and manager Natalia (office at 170 Kharkiv Highway, Kyiv). Very high quality and prompt support, all issues that arose were resolved during working and non-working hours. Natalia recommended the Queens Park Tekirovo hotel, although she wanted to go to another hotel. I am very grateful to Natalia for recommending this particular hotel.
We rested from 02.10-09.10.2021 at the Queens Park Hotel Tekirovo. Checked in even earlier than 2pm. The rest was great. All service at the highest level, the kitchen is delicious, there is a lot of food, the staff serves very quickly. The waiters are like bees circling around the tourists. Rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The territory of the hotel, in my opinion, is large, it has everything: a garden, a swimming pool, and sports grounds. There are also two bars and a snack bar. There is delicious ice cream in the confectionery, Turkish coffee in the lobby bar. Animators are great!
In general, the rest was a success thanks to the agency "Let's go with us." Keep it up!!!
