Very disappointed. I wasted a few days on the selection of a tour for two to Montenegro. As a result, they managed to get nasty at the stage of registration of the contract. When both the price and all the conditions seemed to be arranged. And eyes on minor misunderstandings in the process of correspondence are closed. It remains only to provide data for registration and pay the agreed amount. Decisive in fact was the issue of passport data. Elena Mamenko demanded to send photos of passports (2 foreign and 1 internal). My offer to send her the necessary data by text was refused. Those who treat their personal data responsibly understand the essence of my proposal. Then he clarified why she needed photos. The answer struck with its "genius": "there is your photo." But I continued, specifying why my photo is for registration of the contract. There was essentially no answer. But provocations began to sound like whether I had ever been abroad at all and other things that were not related to the essence of the conversation. And this "flow" could no longer be stopped. I asked her 5 times to shut up and answer the question in essence. Instead of an answer, I received short beeps. Elena decided to end the conversation ahead of schedule and just hung up.

Communication before that was very difficult. Mostly because of the absolute illiteracy of Elena Mamenko in correspondence, in viber. Several errors in each word (and these are not nit-picking about commas or minor typos, the essence of the messages was really incomprehensible, which is why the phone call took place), as well as inattention and unreasonable nit-picking.

And this despite the fact that Elena is the head of the office. Work experience in tourism (according to her) - 12 years. Perhaps, of course, professional burnout, or star fever ... and as a human being, I could understand it somewhere, but as a consumer who applied for a service, definitely not.

Before Elena, Mamenko talked with Elena Rozhinskaya for a couple of days, who disappeared from communication without warning. Actually, instead of her, Elena Mamenko joined the work.

The management of the company, as far as I understand, completely shares Elena's approach to work. Because after writing a complaint through the form on their website, 2 weeks have passed, and there has been no response.
