We wanted to buy a tour from "Let's go with us" booked through otpusk.com, the manager Yana contacted us, agreed to meet, I changed the money (since they don't take it in foreign currency), spent two hours on the road, I come to the office and Yana tells me : "Your tour has risen in price by 5000 UAH." I understand everything, prices for tours change three times a day. →

The service from the agency was good. The girl contacted me promptly. Completed all paperwork fairly quickly. Everything was without any extra problems. We had a flight rescheduling, but it was minor. The departure in the morning was postponed 2 hours earlier and the return in the evening we also had an earlier departure. The only issue we had was the transfer from the hotel. →

They told us everything, explained everything, answered all the questions that arose, in an accessible and understandable way, and most importantly - politely. We were warned that there might be flight delays, but everything worked out for us, everything was on time. Good comfortable buses were taken from the hotel. We liked the quad bike safari tour that the agency guide offered us. →

Initially, we did not work out a bit with the dates, the group did not recruit, but this is not the fault of the agency. We chose the tour ourselves, contacted the agency to buy it. The manager was attentive to us, coordinated the possibility of organizing a tour with a tour operator. It is not the fault of the agency that the group was not recruited, as I already wrote. →

We got there for the first time, but I’m sure that we will contact again))) they did everything efficiently, quickly and told everything in great detail, they offered to contact us if there were any questions, but we never had to do this, because the rest was wonderful. →

The agency not only liked it, it was great! They served well, picked up the tour according to my desire. There were flight delays, but not significant ones. →
