They just served terribly, we chose a 4-star hotel in Spain, and the tour turned out to be a 3-star hotel, which in fact pulls a maximum of 1.2 days the agency could not help us with the issue. In general, I am not completely satisfied with their work, if I could put -5 - I would put it with pleasure.
