Travel agency: Посейдон (Lviv) Service type: отель, авиаперелёт, другие услуги |
I arranged a trip to Turkey at the Poseidon travel agency (tour operator TurTess) at the end of May. The travel agency pleasantly pleased me with the following:
- the cost of a ticket is a couple of tens of hryvnia less than in other agencies (this in itself, of course, is not essential, but pleasant);
- the manager Maxim, at her request, completed the paperwork and booked a tour for me without waiting for the full payment;
- I received a package of documents in a couple of days, after payment, and not "a week before departure", as suggested in other agencies;
- on my clarifying (and probably annoying) calls, everything was meticulously explained to me many times;
- on the eve of departure, I was warned of both the time and place of departure;
- on the night of departure, when I was worried like an old man and called the manager, again everything was kindly explained to me;
- upon returning from the tour, the manager Yulia herself called me for complaints and reviews about the trip.
As for the tour operator TurTess, this is also the highest rating! Upon arrival in Turkey, right at the exit from the airport, I was met by a representative of the operator, who indicated the check-in desk, after which the minibus drove all the arrivals to the hotels. A Russian guide from TurTess helped tourists to process documents in hotels and gave the necessary explanations.
In the hotel itself (Eftalia aytur, Alanya), the manager Eldar, speaking impeccable Russian (and of course, also Turkish), regularly appeared, who provided the necessary assistance, for example, in changing the hotel room and explained in detail how to find something. Yes, as everyone writes here, the manager strongly recommended buying excursion tours from him ... But! although I personally did not buy any tours from him (partly because of redneck, partly because of unwillingness to be "organized served") manager Eldar continued to fulfill my requests without fail (and without any "reward"), the last of which was made by me after my return to Lviv.
He also controlled my departure from the hotel. The departure took place exactly on schedule. On the way to the airport, of course, we stopped at a confectionery shop (prices are 2-4 times higher than market prices) ... At the airport, the Russian guide explained in detail where, how to check in, etc.
Perhaps I was lucky, but both from Lviv and from Alanya the flight went right on schedule. By the way, there were no meticulous customs inspections at the airports (and they looked through the fingers at a slight excess of the allowable 20 kg), only the usual control of carrying personal belongings - there was almost no "crossing state borders" felt.
Thus, the travel agency and the tour operator fully provided and controlled my trip. I had absolutely no difficulties, although I made such a trip for the first time in my life and was very "jittery".
