The manager was very good, we didn't know him before. We contacted the managers through the sites and did everything remotely. Contracts came for travel services, payment was remote. We had problems with vacation dates, so we bought a tour in recent days. our booking, the way out was one to buy where it is more expensive from another tour operator. But this difference was paid by the travel agency itself, and only then I transferred the rest of the money to them. This is a very loyal attitude to their customers.
