We bought the tour at Join UP in Odessa, the operator was also Join UP, absolutely everything suited us. On the way back, everything went smoothly with the transfer, but on the way to Egypt, the flight was delayed, this is the only negative. As for the agency, I never had the urge to write or call them for any reason, because everything was fine with us.
