I arrived from the so-called REST in Turkey a week ago. I didn’t write anything on purpose right away, I thought everything in me would ferment and the best would remain. But it was not there. We took a chic Istanbul-Antalya tour with stops in Troy, Pamukkale, Akvalik, Kusidasi, Bergama, Ephesus. What it is and what I started to study already upon arrival from the tour. The Turkish guide Murat in Russian is simply "past" as a guide. Yes, his vocabulary is quite enough at the level of "how to get to the library", and for more - guess for yourself. Plus a bunch of parasite words like "as you know." We just admired the surroundings and took pictures. And what's what - is unknown. Moreover, he constantly added his personal conjectures, which have nothing to do with history. He said that there were two holy men in politics, Gaddafi and Mubarak (the former president of Egypt). Is it possible to say such a thing?
Then, constant rises at 5.30 in the morning. Can you imagine this nightmare? And at 7 am departure from the hotel with things.
We were already on the 4th day of this holiday. Moreover, the group that traveled in the next bus with us did all this one and a half hours later. And what wonderful excursions the guide Sylvia gave them... We sometimes lagged behind our own and walked with her. But our guide picked us up at the hotel at 15 o'clock in the afternoon, two hours to go to the hotel and at 17 we were already there. There is nothing to do in the hotel. Who ate vodka, who sat in the hammam. People, they just stole Istanbul from us. We saw him only from the window of our bus, and then mainly on a walk along the Bosphorus and the TopKapi Palace. Who came up with this? Yes, our guide-moron was so comfortable. And it would be convenient for us to walk along the ancient streets of Istanbul. Was it really so hard for us to give free time until 18 o'clock at least? At our remarks, he simply snapped and puffed up like an owl.
He simply did not prepare us for many events. For example, swimming in the Cleopatra pool in Pamukkale, he did not say anything about towels. I personally thought that they would be given to us there for rent. This is Europe, not Ukraine. But it turns out that towels had to be taken with them from home. And some had to wipe themselves than necessary. Although we visited the factory on the same day, where we could buy towels, those who did not have them. In general, the boy was on his own mind ...
Conclusion: Guide Murat - I have not seen worse. Didn't learn anything from the tour. Getting up early every day just exhausted us all. And Istanbul was stolen from us. In general, upon arrival, I realized that I urgently need a rest. And thank you premium travel for our "wonderful stay".
I would also add that we were a group of 14 people. And this opinion is not only mine, but of our entire group.

OR DO YOU WANT TO PROMOTE AT THE EXPENSE OF US? THE REFUND ON THE TOUR TO YOUR AGENCY WAS MADE IN 100% IN DECEMBER 2013. APPARENTLY, THE NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS HAVE SO SHUT YOU ON THE HEAD, THAT ON THE NIGHT OF JANUARY 2 TO 3 THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO AND YOU WANTED TO GET TO THE FIRST PAGES OF ALL HEADINGS!
Briefly for everyone: a certain Agency (I don’t want to write a name, because the director has already apologized repeatedly for himself and for his manager!) Books a tour to Bukovel for his tourists, receives an invoice, pays it, in return for an accommodation voucher for transfer tourists and wishes for the best vacation (the beginning of the booking is also an interesting moment, the tour was booked on the fifth attempt (but the Agency manager could not figure out how the Shelter Hotel differs from Bukovel !!!) for two families with accommodation in 2 rooms, paid for only 1 room, time 2 has passed - the number was canceled, the tourists supposedly changed their minds ... well, they changed their minds and changed their minds, there is nothing terrible about it, we are all people and plans can change, especially if an early booking tour is purchased in October!).
December comes and the 2nd cancellation comes for an already paid tour for tourists of a certain Agency.
Perhaps the events taking place in the country frightened, perhaps they just changed their minds, or perhaps something “cheap turned up” abroad, as happens in 90% of cancellations from tours to Ukraine ...
The tour operator accepted the cancellation and let's do our best to resell the number to other tourists so as not to fall under a fine and return the money to the Agency so that the Agency's tourists are satisfied and glad that it was not in vain that they chose this particular travel company. And yet it turned out, it was lucky that the loading for the New Year holidays in Bukovel was 100% and other guests bought the room with pleasure.
But all the same, this takes time - it does not happen the way the Agency manager, Ms. Krylova, wanted, "waving a magic wand and everything is in its place." And this Manager began to rage, to let go of abusive words against the Tour Operator, and by the way he expressed himself in such a way that it was painful to listen to, and distracted all the time from pressing and earthly affairs ...
The tour operator returned the money to the Agency in 100% of the volume, and the accounting department of "Ready-Rest" and the lawyers did a great job, but of course the best manager is Kitaeva Elena and the beginning. sales department - Oksana Sokolova.
That's the end of the fairy tale, and whoever read all this, the conclusion, I think, did or will do!
And finally, I really want to turn to the heads of travel companies working as Agents: DO NOT EMPLOY NON-PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, TEACH THEM TO DO OFFICE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, MAKE AGREEMENTS BETWEEN TOURISTS AND YOU IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL RULES AND RULES OF THE TOUR OPERATOR AGREEMENT! OTHERWISE YOUR MANAGERS DO NOT WORK THEM AND INTERFERE OTHERS. CONTINUOUS amateurism turns out!
So, dear readers, judge for yourself who is scary in this situation: an amateur agent or a tour operator with 19 years of experience in tourism !!!

ИЛИ ХОТИТЕ ПРОПИАРИТЬСЯ ЗА СЧЕТ НАС? ВОЗВРАТ ПО ТУРУ ВАШЕМУ АГЕНТСТВУ БЫЛ ПРОИЗВЕДЕН В 100% ОБЪЕМЕ ЕЩЕ В ДЕКАБРЕ 2013 ГОДА. ВИДИМО, НОВОГОДНИЕ ПРАЗДНИКИ ВАС ТАК "ШАРАХНУЛИ ПО БАШКЕ", ЧТО В НОЧЬ С 2 НА 3 ЯНВАРЯ ДЕЛАТЬ СОВСЕМ БЫЛО НЕЧЕГО И ЗАХОТЕЛОСЬ ПОПАСТЬ НА ПЕРВЫЕ СТРАНИЦЫ ВСЕХ РУБРИК!
Вкратце для всех: некое Агентство (не хочется писать название, т.к. директор принес уже неоднократные извинения и за себя и за менеджера своего!) бронирует тур в Буковель для своих туристов, получает счет, оплачивает его, взамен ваучер на размещение для передачи туристам и пожелания наилучшего отдыха (начало бронирования тоже интересный момент, тур забронировали с попытки пятой (но никак менеджер Агентства не мог разобраться чем отель Шелтер от Буковеля отличается!!!) для двух семей с размещением в 2 номерах, оплатили всего за 1 номер, прошло время 2 - номер аннулировали, туристы мол передумали...ну передумали и передумали страшного ничего в этом нет, все мы люди и планы могут меняться, особенно если тур по акции раннего бронирования в октябре приобретается!).
Наступает Декабрь и приходит 2-я аннуляция на уже оплаченный тур для туристов некоего Агентства.
Возможно события, происходящие в стране испугали, возможно просто передумали, а возможно и за границу что-то "дешевенькое подвернулось" как в 90% аннуляций от туров на Украину бывает...
Туроператор аннуляцию принял и давай из всех сил номер стараться другим туристам перепродавать, чтобы под штраф не попасть и деньги Агентству вернуть, чтобы туристы Агенства довольны остались и порадовались, что не зря они выбрали именно эту туристическую компанию. И все-таки получилось, повезло что загрузка на Новогодние праздники в Буковеле 100% была и с удовольствием номер другие гости приобрели.
Но на это на все же время требуется - не бывает так, как хотелось менеджеру Агентства г-же Крыловой "взмахнул волшебной палочкой и все на своих местах". И стал этот Менеджер бушевать, слова ругательные в адрес Туроператора отпускать, а сам между прочим так выражался, что больно слушать было, да и отвлекал все время от дел насущных и земных...
Туроператор деньги Агентству вернул в 100% объеме, и бухгалтерия "Рэди-Рест" и юристы прекрасно потрудились, но конечно лучше всех менеджер - Китаева Елена и нач. отдела продаж - Соколова Оксана.
Вот и сказочке конец, а кто все это прочитал вывод думаю сделал или сделает!
А напоследок очень хочется обратиться к руководителям туристических компаний, работающих как Агенты: НЕ БЕРИТЕ НА РАБОТУ НЕ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНЫХ ЛЮДЕЙ, УЧИТЕ ИХ ДЕЛОПРОИЗВОДСТВУ И САМОЕ ГЛАВНОЕ СОСТАВЛЯЙТЕ ДОГОВОРА МЕЖДУ ТУРИСТАМИ И ВАМИ С СОБЛЮДЕНИЕМ ВСЕХ НОРМ И ПРАВИЛ ТУРОПЕРАТОРСКОГО ДОГОВОРА! ИНАЧЕ ВАШИ МЕНЕДЖЕРЫ САМИ НЕ РАБОТАЮТ, И ДРУГИМ МЕШАЮТ. СПЛОШНОЕ ДИЛЕТАНСТВО ПОЛУЧАЕТСЯ!
Так, что Уважаемый читатели судите сами, кто в данной ситуации страшен: Агент-дилетант или Туроператор со стажем в туризме 19 лет!!!
